E ring, tough to find matching band.

Hey ladies,

My E ring comes out a little bit and the only kind of band that fits it is the curved band but I don't want to do that because I believe at some point I will want to just wear the band on its own.

I have heard of someone saying to use a 'spacer' but I have no idea what that is and I googled but no luck...anyone know what it is?

Thanks!

I have the exact same issue!  I ended up going with a slightly curved band.  It is curved enough so that there isn't a huge space between the ering and the band, but not so curved that I can't wear it alone.

Here is something similar to what I chose: http://www.littmanjewelers.com/Products/Diamond_Solitaire_Ring_Wrap--1453299.aspx

Same issue here! I ended up getting a band that has a 'knife edge' so the top of the band comes to a point. It's hard to explain. It's a regular band so I'll be able to wear just that and the knife edge allows for less space b/t the two rings. Or maybe the cut just give the illusion of less space.
