Overwhelmed

I'm looking for a ceremony/reception venue on the water/beach.  I'm starting to feel a bit overwhelmed.  I thought I had picked a place, but then realized that i have to add a photographer, band/dj and officiant.  Once I add up the cost of the reception (this place gives you the ceremony site for free) it's still too much!  I find people that help with the ceromony, but it's extra for reception!  

Please anyone have any advice on how to negogiate or find a place that is a TRUE package deal.  I'm not sure what I'm doing and feeling a bit underwater.  I want to find a venue, so i can send out the save the dates.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

    I am having a beach wedding and I have a ceremony package and booked through the same people for a reception package deal as well. I used allensuncoastweddings if you want to check them out. I am on a tight budget so it worked out well for me.

    Sorry, I didn't see the question about the budget.  Well I'd like to spend total $8000.00, but we have agreed to go to 10,000 max.   

    I'm looking at the St. Petersburg Community Center...it's not on the beach, but that might make my mom really happy.  It is close to the water and that's cool...I'd have to wear shoes. LOL

    So, now I'm looking at researching caterers, officants, photographer, and DJ/Band.  Any suggestions?
