Affordable or Olympia?

I am in desperate need of some help here. Has anyone used either of these caterers? I am kind of alone in my decision making and I need a some knottie advice!

Between the 2, definitely Olympia.  Affordable is called that for a reason.  Their focus is on price and not taste :-/  

I still highly recommend Delectables though.  They are having a free tasting this weekend.

Not sure about their full catering services but...Olympia is doing my wedding cake and so far, they are amazing to work with & the cake tastes amazing too!!!

Olympia Hands down! They have amazing staff and amazing food. People are stillt alking about my cake and food from Olympia.

Also, look into Good Food Catering of Tampa...AMAZING FOOD!!!!

Just a note I contacted Olympia to do my catering and  they totally messed up my quote. Most of my guests are vegetarians. Maybe they weren't making enough money by doing my wedding but they added a whole lot of things I never asked for. It was like they didn't listen to me at all. I asked to have the mistakes corrected and its been nearly 2 months since someone got back to me. Not a good impression.

Have you contacted delectables? They're the number 1 pick for me right now. They were prompt to answer my calls/emails and made up a menu that I absolutely loved. I have not booked them yet but I'm hoping to do a tasting next month.

Hmm. Thanks for the advice, but I was looking for pros and cons lol. I actually decided to go with Affordable. Reason: I'm getting more for my money (I even added on an extra server), I went to tastings for both one the next day after the other and the food was pretty much equal, FI actually liked Affordable better. Sherri at Olympia was wonderful in trying to work within my budget, but it just wasn't doable. Affordable gave me what I wanted, threw in champagne, AND I have money to spare from my budget.

I've spoken to Kevin from Good Food, and although his food looks AMAZING and he is super nice.. the staff charges are INSANE. The food isn't actually much more than anywhere else, but it was like $200 a server or something out of this world.

Amici's was extremely rude to me when I contacted them, only when they found out their owner was a friend of FFIL did they decide they would get back to me (and actually send me the quote they had said they would) and try to work with my budget, but it was absolutely ridiculous what they offered me for $3k.

I decided to go with Affordable too, they were extremely nice when we went to meet with them.  We went to a tasting and everything was very delicious in my opinion.  My Fiance and both our moms loved it as well.  I am a little nervous still seeing all the comments from the other ladies, but honestly no one else could come close to what we could afford.  Or they were just a little snotty that we couldn't afford to spend more.
