Hello ladies,
I'm helping my sister plan a destination wedding, and one of her ideas is to have a beach wedding in the Sanibel/Captiva/Ft Myers area. They would have about 50 guests at the most. Does anyone have recommendations for restaurants or hotels on the beach for a venue?

I'll post on the destination wedding board too, but thought I'd try the local board too!

    Great beach hotels in the area for weddings include:
    South Seas Plantation, Casa Ybel, and Sundial on Sanibel/Captiva and Diamond Head and Pink Shell on Fort Myers Beach. Good luck and feel free to ask if you have any more questions!

    We were married, and have also photographed weddings at just about every venue on Sanibel/Captiva.  South Seas is incredible!  Tween Waters is beautiful and quiet.  Sundial is really nice too!  Let us know if we can help you with any specific questions.
