Wedding Venues in Tampa

HI again,
I wanted to thank the ladies that offered me advice on a wedding coordinator. I decided that I am going to use Julie from Chic and Fabulous because she was the only one that truly made me feel at ease. However, I am looking around at possible wedding venues. I recently saw that people suggested Tampa Bay Watch for a "cheap" wedding only to find, on their website, that they charge $4,500 just to rent the area. Is this correct or am I reading something wrong here? Julie had suggested Isla Del Sol but I wasn't sure if I liked the yachts in the background. Overall, I just want a nice outdoor wedding. Any suggestions from the locals? Thank you!

We went to Isla del Sol for a wedding a couple of years ago and the sunset was incredible.  Although we didn't walk down to the beach, the bride and groom had pictures taken there and they were gorgeous.  Check out the room that is wall ro wall windows.  You can't get much better than that!

I just had my wedding at the St. Pete Beach Community Center and loved it!  There is a court yard there to have your ceremony and the room for the reception has floor to window windows that overlook the intercoastal.  No beach but if you are looking for that you can go across the street.  I loved the Tampa Bay Watch but when you added it all up it was not affordable for the price range that we wanted it to be.  I wish I had my pictures back from my photographer to show you.

Isla del Sol is beautiful.  What kind of wedding do you want to have?  Have you looked into the Davis Island Garden club?  I've heard great things about them.

Check out the St.Petersburg Woman's club it's less the 1500 to rent te venue and it's an historic place on te water. They allow you to use what ever vender you like and are very flexible. Pm me if you have any questions! Or my email is willandkaragmail.com.

Check out Keel and Curley Winery in Plant City. It is beautiful and crazy affordable. Also, Heritage Harbor Golf and Country Club is gorgeous. That's where we decided to get married and we get everything included for 3000.00. That's chairs, food, linens, tables, bar... everything but the DJ and photographer.
