Budget Beach Wedding on Anna Maria Island

I'm trying to plan a beach wedding on Anna Maria Island. We have about $13000 to work with and about 100 guests. I've been looking at the Beachhouse a little, but am interested in looking into some hotels too, and maybe even a beach wedding with a reception at a hall somewhere.

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated!!

    We are getting married at the BeachHouse in October and found it EXTREMELY affordable considering what we pay up here in the North for a shindig!  I think you would be well under the $13000.00 mark.  I know the Sandbar is equally resonable and it is the BH's sister restaurant.  I am not from the area so I don't know about hotels on the island... the AMI chamber of commerce has a lot on their site: http://www.annamariaislandchamber.org/list.cfm?cat=32
