Ceremony and cocktail hour musician- Eddy Lugo (Guitarist) A
Eddy was hard to get a hold of. So I was having a panic attack trying to make sure our music was going to be what I wanted.
We had more modern music. My bridesmaids walked down the aisle to Green Eyes by Coldplay. I walked down the aisle to Dave Matthews Band You and I. Our recessional was Everlong by Foo fighters.
The day of Eddy delivered. He was wonderful! He actually learned the songs for our ceremony. He plays mostly classical guitar. And he played more flamenco and classical for the cocktail hour. So he truly delivered the day of. Well worth the hassle.
day before nails and massage- Body and Sol on Anna Maria Island A+++++++++
My family rented a house on Anna Maria for the wedding. So we ended up having our nails done close to that house. Even though I got married in sarasota!
This place is awesome. It was perfect. So relaxing and peaceful.
They do hair and make-up there as well.
My bridesmaids, mom, and Myself had all of out nails done there and I had a massage.
The whole staff was nice adn so much fun. The actual space itself is so comfy. My sister-in-law ended up taking a nap on the couch while we were there.
We all just hung out while we had our nails done. They let you bring food in and have all of the plates, napkins, and champagne flutes for you.
I cannot rave about this place enough.
If you are getting married at The Sandbar or anywhere on Anna Maria- definitely check this place out.
The only downside is they don't acccept credit card. But they do accept out of state checks and of course cash
Invitations- The Write stuff ( Tampa) A
Pretty typical invitation store. Very helpful. I went to a few that were not helpful. We wanted recycled invites and were having a hard time finding stores that could help us.
The write stuff definitely helped.
Linens- Connie Duglin AMy planner basically dealt with Connie Duglin. But the linens were beautiful.
The prices were pretty reasonable as well.
Chairs and tables- PKS Aanother one my planner dealt with. The chairs were beautiful. We had natural wood foldout chairs for the ceremony and Chiavari chairs for dinner.
