Ok ladies -- i'm getting concerened about going over budget on the food.. When I placed my catering order i gave a head count of 60 people ( we havent sent invites out yet) My question is what happens when the wedding day comes and I have more people show up than what i paid for? Its a buffet dinner... but i'm concerened about owing the cater money for unexpected extra guest.... does anyone know how that is handled??? Thanks
