I had originally posted a few weeks ago that I was looking at The Sandbar but have decided on another venue. I called The Sandbar and left a voicemail and it's been two weeks and not a single phone call in return.
We have decided on Palma Sola Botanical Park (
www.palmasolabp.com) in Bradenton. We can have the ceremony and reception there and have free range of vendor options. (and its a very small and secluded botanical gardens. gorgeous!)
Deposit has been paid, and I am very happy to say we got an incredible deal. We were the first booking for November this year and saved about 33% for a Friday wedding, just by asking if they had any specials going on!
So, its in stone... November 5, 2010.
And we are pretty much set on having Bella Mia cater. It's a small family owned Italian restaurant in Bradenton and it's our favorite place to eat. SO EXCITED!
