My cousin created ours on Vista Print, so we got them done very cheaply. 
We decided to make it a dual Save the date and change of address since we hadjust bought a house, so that saved money in the long term too! 
My cousin did a sketch of our house, which I loved.  Vista Print also allowed us to do custom envelopes (we did those we a return address on them) but you don't have to, I think our order came with free envelopes.
