Organizing Information

Hey guys! I was wondering what type of system you were using to organize information (guest list, addresses, rsvps, etc) I am not very good with the organization part, and was wondering what you were doing to keep all the information straight!

I'm using Excel for a lot of things too.  My "wedsite" is keeping track of all the guests info and RSVP's as well since we are doing online RSVP.

I have this massive Excel template I got from another Knottie that you may want to use that has tabs for EVERYTHING: guest list, shower guest list, RD guest list, wedding gifts, contact info, budget, vendors, etc.  It's really fantastic!  I can email it to you if you want.

Ditto.  I have a massive Excel workbook, it has 15 worksheets.  It goes from To Dos, Budget trackers, RSVPs, STDs, rehearsal dinner, you name it, it's on there.  It's seriously the best way to keep track of everythin in one place and easy to organize.

I have a massive Excel spreadsheet, but also have copies in a 3-ring binder.  The binder has all contracts and vendor emails.  If there's any question at the wedding, hey, here it is in print.
