For those of you who have used Daisy, how far in advance would you recommend calling to set up an appointment for the first dress fitting? I'm pretty far out right now as my wedding is 11/5/11, but I like to keep my checklists in order

I called Daisy about 3 months before the wedding and had my first fitting right at 2 months before because she was so booked.  Fortunately, I only needed a few minor alterations so I could have waited but I wanted to be sure.  I went back for my second fitting a month later and everything was perfect.  She kept the dress and had it steamed and ready so I was able to pick it up 2 days before the wedding.  She was fantastic!

I called her in Jan and she got me in two weeks later. Went to my second two weeks after the first and picked up the dress 3 days before the wedding. She is great and works fast.

I called in January and had an appointment in February.. Then went back in April to try it on with all the alterations... It was PERFECT!!! So, I go back the day before my wedding to pick it up from her after she steams it!! (June!)

I called her as soon as I got my dress! lol She held on to it the whole time. She did two dresses for me, complete alterations.
