Honeymoon?

Hi Ladies -
I need some ideas for where to go on our honeymoon! It has to be with in a 2 hour drive from Tampa & we would only be there for 2, maybe 3 days. Within the week after our wedding we have to go on our honeymoon and move me to Chicago (fiance is already there)! Any suggestions? THANKS :)

I suggest Siesta Key.  My friends and I love taking weekend getaways there, and there are always lots of honeymooners.  The beach is beautiful!

St. Augustine would be great! They are supposed to have a bunch of really nice bed and breakfasts.

Right after our wedding, we did a mini-moon in Sarasota/Siesta Key before heading out to our real HM in San Diego the following Wednesday.

I strongly suggest the Sarasota - Siesta Key area.

We went over to one of the marinas one day and rented a boat, and went up and down the Intercoastal in the boat - GREAT fun and not that expensive.  You might want to do that one afternoon...

I'll say Siesta or Anna Maria island. Also Manasota Key here in Venice is gorgeous too.

St. Augustine is more like a 4-5 hr drive from Tampa. We are going to Orlando, staying at Best Western Lakeside (we've stayed there before, not elegant but its decent and really close to the theme parks), and doing 2 days at Universal. The good thing about the theme parks is there are restaurants at all levels so you could do a budget honeymoon, or you could go all out! :)

Saint Augustine is where my FI and I are going! And the B&B we are staying at is beautiful!
