Venue suggestions

Hello Florida brides! I thought I was set on a Mexico wedding, but I'm really liking the idea of West coast Florida lately. I'm hoping you guys can suggest venues I can look into? I'd like a beach ceremony, affordable price and packages that include things like flowers and cake because it will be a destination wedding and I think planning each little detail seperately would drive me crazy. Thanks for any ideas in advance!

We had our destination wedding on Anna Maria Island.  It was wonderful!  We used Sand Petal Weddings for all our planning.  I can't say enough great things about them.  Check out their website  sandpetalweddings.com

Hello there,
From my experience, the "all-inclusive packages" tend to be a little pricey. I am not exactly sure what your budget is but, if you are looking for a beach wedding, Isla Del Sol is a beautiful venue. Now, flowers and cake are not included but I am using A Piece of Cake and Flowers by Design for flowers. The lady with Flowers by Design is WONDERFUL! Such a nice lady. Ummm... I guess what is important to ask is how large is your wedding and what is your budget? I would love to help you out because I am having a destination wedding in St. Petersburg and I know how stressful/intimidating it can be!

I would recommend Sandbar on Anna Maria Island. Patti is awesome to work with.

Get a good wedding planner and that will all be taken care of for you.  I suggest my planner, Julie Perez.  She's owner of Chic N Fabulous.

I am having a budget wedding with a ceremony package and reception package through allensuncoast weddings. Thus far I have been very hapy with my service.

My BF had her wedding at the Grand Plaza on St. Pete Beach. They have all inclusive packages, a gorgous aisle with a palm tree "altar" on the beach and 2 choices for reception rooms. The main floor room is all windows and french doors with an ajoining patio for cocktails. The other option is the top floor rotating restaurant space, great views day and night. They went to many different places on the beach and said this was the best for their money. Good luck!!

I recently started playing at the Grand Plaza,St Pete bch-I'm a musician- and the sunset weddings made me get a little teary,they were so beautiful. The staff is very hands on and professional. Good luck!
