OOT Bags Timing

When did yiou begin assembling your OOT bags?  I want to get a jump on this since I have some creative ideas that might be time consuming...but my numbers would just be a guesstimate?  What are you all doing?

    I put mine together 1 month before and then double checked once the room block closed.  Most of our guests that stayed at the hotel had their reservations at least a month out so it worked well for me.

    I am less than a month out (6/12) and am hoping to assemble our bags over Memorial Day weekend. I just have a few more things I have to get together. I started collecting things several months ago. I know I'll end up with some extra since we had planned on about 75 OOT bags and our attendance ended up being much lower than we expected since we had SO many OOT invites, but I figure I might just give some of the guests (especially families) 2 bags of goodies instead of 1.

    We are about 5 months out & I have already started to get things together. I bought the bags, created the tags and printed those (PIP).  We are heading to FLA next weekend and bringing that with us to the FMIL. I thought it would be a great project for her and I to work on why we were there. We can get all the stuff down there - one less thing to ship.  We are going to make enough to cover if just about everyone came (we know there are a few that won't). We wanted to make sure we had things set and not waiting till just before wedding to get stuff down there.

    This is what we are including: (curteousy of great ideas from the ladies over on the DW board)
    Guidebook - I created.  Includes timeline, mini map, important phone numbers and what is going on ( I can't attach a pic- too big).
    Mints
    Gum
    Snacks - like peanutbutter crackers or getting those 100 calorie packs in bulk
    2 bottles of water
    A little med pac- Advil/tylenol, zantac/tums, band-aids & sunscreen

    We found Kraft paper gift bags - inspiration photo below at the dollar store for $0.50 each so that was a bargain!
