Matheos Hall in Clearwater?

Hello,
I have recently changed my reception venue and currently have a contract out at the Matheos Hall in Clearwater. I was told by the contact at Matheos Hall that if I can find someone to take over the contract and pay me that would be fine as long as the date is available. This is a beautiful reception site and it can carry over 300 guests. Ok, I've lived here over 20 years and never heard of Matheos Hall, so I looked it up and I'm posting the information for anyone else who hasn't heard of this.

Matheos Hall is in the Holy Trinity Greek Church at Gulf-to-Bay Blvd. and Old Coachman Road.  It's behind the Chik-Fil-A on Gulf-to-Bay.  It's across Old Coachman from St. Petersburg College's Clearwater Campus.
