I know it’s been awhile since I posted but wanted to let everyone know how everything turned out.
The Sandbar- Patti was the coordinator there and she was the best. Everything turned out exactly how I wanted it. The only thing that went wrong was the chairs which was a miscommunication between Patti and I. I told her that I wanted the folding white chairs for the ceremony and the white plastic chairs for the reception but she thought I was having the chairs moved from the ceremony to the reception. But it was no big deal, she changed it immediately. Other than that it was just perfect!
DJ-Rob Sword- he was the best DJ anyone could ever ask for. When we were taking pictures he brought us drinks and food so we weren’t starving. Also he kept an eye on our table at the reception so that we actually got a chance to eat. He is awesome! And everyone was up dancing and having a great time.
Videographer-Travis Brogen- He was AMAZING, his prices are reasonable and he did a great job. He has a very fun personality and is easy to be yourself around ever with the camera being right there. At first I didn’t want a videographer, this was my husband’s idea and I am so glad I did it now! Here is our highlight video from Travis. http://vimeo.com/11666185
Photographer-Jessica Leigh- We had a great time working with her, she is very sweet and did an amazing job. Her prices are very reasonable and she even travels at a reasonable price. She came from Orlando to Anna Maria. I am trying to figure out how to show you the pictures from the wedding she is in the process of switching her Blog over so our pictures aren’t up there.
Florist- Thai-Riffic Orchids- The flowers were beautiful, Pam, is who I worked with and she was very easy to work with. I really was all over the place about my flowers because I am not a big flower person. But she understood and everything turned out wonderful. The only problem I had with the centerpieces were a couple of the vases ended up cracking and the tables had water all over them by the end of the night. As soon as I could, I emailed Pam and let her know. We rented the vases so I was a little concerned about getting charged for them, since they broke. When I emailed her she said that they weren’t cracked when they placed them on the tables but offered to refund us, I told her we didn’t want a refund we just wanted to make sure we weren’t going to get charged for them. So it worked out fine.
Cake- Cakes by Linda Brown- The cake was absolutely beautiful and tasted amazing. She did a great job.
Hair and Makeup-Cari from Kyle Lynn- She did such a great job on my makeup and hair. She also did a great job on my girl’s hair and makeup. She is very sweet and does great work!
