Where to get shoes dyed after wedding

I am wondering if anyone knows of Cincinnati bridal stores that will dye your shoes after the wedding to black or navy.  I bought the shoes in Toledo at the store I got my dress at.  I am willing to pay but would prefer under $20.

There is a store in the bridal district called Colorful Soles (on Benson) that will do that.  I bought and had my shoes dyed there.  They are navy right now, but they will dye mine free after the wedding either black or espresso.  I want to say they charge $20 for shoes that weren't bought there to be dyed.
