Prices info?!

I'm looking through different websites and it's all over the place LOL.

I want our DJ to be fun, but not overly obnoxious, we have some music we would like to incorporate, but also something that our guests of all ages would enjoy.
We want our photographer to be more on a creative side, more contemporary i guess, someone who can work with us and see our vision.
 don't care for fondant cakes We will expect about 80 guests, do you think 2 tiers will be enough or should we go for 3?
Flowers, i know it will depend on the type and season, what are seasonal flowers in March? I really don't have a theme at this point in time so i'm trying to figure something that will go with my flowers.

Also, if you can share an average price for vendors that you're paying around here, it would be great!  You are welcome to send me a message with vendors info

He was great! Chris Grumley and he is on AMI
We did 3 tiers and had left over cake we had 50 people. We didn't us fondant either, I believe it was $250.
I didn't like my photographer too much. I would not recommend him, but he was $800.

DJ- Grant Hemmond, they will work with your budget

Cake- Chef Nelson, he is the cheapest I found and his cakes are delish!

Photo- I think you would like my photographer. She is VERY creative and fun. Check out her photos: http://www.pureemotionsphotography.com/ While her prices aren't as low as some of the other photographers, you get a lot with her package- two photographers, each photo is individually edited... I could go on and on. I am really excited about our photographer and cant wait for our wedding pictures. I only have a few weeks left before the big day!

Oh and I forgot about flowers-- I also highly rec Stephanie from Fish Hawk. They will work within your budget. I didn't have very many ideas when I met with her and she was great about giving me affordable options.

DJ: Celebrations of TampaBay- Randy (pricing on website)
CAKE: Olympia Catering (it was to die for and was included in our package) I would go with 3 tiers.
Photographer: Jason Angelini 1195.00 for 10 hours. WELL WORHT IT! and he is so funny and stays out of the way the whole time. You will hardly notice he is there.

DJ Zmpop or something like that. He charged us $600 for unlimitied time. For lights and the extra sound system we need for the ceremony he charged an extra $150.
