    Lol....  ok...
    every day they post a "WOD"  (workout of the day).  Today is a "Rest Day".  If you scroll down, you can check out the previous WOD's for ideas if you are looking for a workout.
    On the left hand side, there is a link that says "Start Here"... this has lots of good background info.
    Just below that there is a link to "Exercises and Demos"... this explains what each exercise is and how to do it.  I had no idea what a "burpee" was until I started doing crossfit... now I know that I hate them.  Lol.

    It can be overwhelming at first because it is new... and really a whole new mentality for working out (hard-fast)... what I would suggest is find a workout that looks simple... and go from there.

    If you don't have the equipment or can't figure out how to do something, it is totally fine to substitute something different... it's all about mixing it up anyway.  I always just try to find something for the same body part.  (ex if I don't have a pull up bar, I will kick my feet up on a wall and do handstand pushups)

    A few of my favs...

    "Griff"

    For time:
    Run 800 meters
    Run 400 meters backwards
    Run 800 meters
    Run 400 meters backwards

    (This sounds like a joke... but jello legs... let me tell ya!)

    "Michael"

    Three rounds for time of:
    Run 800 meters
    50 Back Extensions
    50 Sit-ups

    "Angie"

    For time:
    100 Pull-ups
    100 Push-ups
    100 Sit-ups
    100 Squats

    "Cindy"
    Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
    5 Pull-ups
    10 Push-ups
    15 Squats

    (I add in 20 crunches)

    "Mary"
    Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
    5 Handstand Push-ups
    10 One legged squats, alternating
    15 Pull-ups

    ( I add in 20 crunches)

    Ok...I think my undiagnosed ADD just kicked in when I went to the website and saw all those links!  That makes it much easier!
