Are you having a "unity" ceremony?
If so... what are you doing?

We are thinking about doing a wine ceremony... if we do one at all.
But I am nervous about having shaky hands and spilling wine all over my dress in front of the church like an idiot.
It's one thing to spill stuff on yourself at the reception (which I am sure I will)... but I think it would be way worse to turn my dress into a pink mess during the ceremony.
And... we are not doing "first look" shots... so my pictures would all be screwed.
Lol... the more I think about this, the more I am thinking this is not a good idea for me.

I didn't think we were doing anything until Wednesday FI was all "Of course we're doing the candle thing, why wouldn't we?" Um I dunno maybe because we decided NOT to? LOL Man I swear he forgets everything!

Anyways we apparently are doing the unity candle but since I'm cheap I DIY'd ours and I think it turned out a lot better than some of the pricey ones out there and I only spent $8! I don't a pic right now but I will AW it some point I'm sure.

Oh yeah and I would definitely NOT do the wine thing either for fear of spillage! I'm such a clutz sometimes and we're not doing the first look either.

IF we do one, it'll prolly be sand b/c our ceremony is outside so candles are out. I dont want to be the idiot trying to keep the candle lit while the wind blows!

Im not super set on having a unity ceremony tho so Im sure it'll be a last min decision

We are meeting with our pastor on Friday next week and we are going to discuss our ceremony. I think we are doing the candle but really are undecided! I am not even sure if we are doing unity... I need to see what our options are!!!!
