Where to hire Cigarette girls for 1940s Glam theme

Considering hiring cigarette girls for the cocktail hour.. can't figure out if it is possible and also, how much (is it worth it??).  I thought it would be a fun way to keep my theme.  Wedding location is Geneva.. so hiring anywhere in Rochester, Geneva or syracuse would probably be ok if they are willing to travel a little. 

anyone know any entertainer venues??

also.. not sure.. but we were thinking of having the girls give out candy instead of cigars as we're not really big fans of tobacco.

Check around for a local modeling agency.
I worked a bunch of jobs like this when I was in high school down in Orlando.  I got "signed" with an "agency" (which was a total load of crap btw) and all of my "modeling" gigs were things like this... mostly PR... wear this, give out that, take pictures with people and smile.
Only thing is, you may have to pay through the nose if you go through an agency, but it might be worth a shot.  Check around to see who the "Bud Light, Captain Morgan, etc" girls work for... that's your best shot.
The job sounds simple enough... maybe some of the girls on this board wouldn't mind doing it for ya, if you could provide some more specifics.  (attire, really handing out cigarettes?)

At the casino we use the diamond betties, joels models and some show girls that are local but work for a company out of Vegas. All reputable.

my MOH used to be a captain morgan "girl"... I am sure you could pay a ton to try to go through an agency and get girls like Monica suggested.
If you want to avoid an agency like Monica also said (she's so wise!):
I agree you could try to hire some girls from the board (obviously who fit the description you are looking for, and you would need to provide costumes..)
I am from Geneva.. I know plenty of 20 somethings - cute, attractive, and either curvy, fit, or thin that I could probably try and help hook you up with. (I'm thinking of one of my BM's - my brother's girlfriend and her crew of friends) If you wanna talk more PM me.

What about putting up a flyer at a local college. All students need money and you can set the price.

Also, I think PP (sorry don't remember which one) had a good idea w/ putting up a few flyers @ local colleges... or even Craigslist.  Just be careful.

You can also check with your venue (depending on how many you are looking for)... maybe they have an extra server or bartender who will not necessarily be working your wedding, but could use the extra cash.

how much should i offer.. i have to fiugure out if i can afford this.  i am thinking for just one hour- cocktail hour.. and i have no idea how much costume rental is.. we have Arlenes close by.. I think costume rentals can be expensive..this mayt be a pipedream i can't afford to do.
