Donating dresses in Cincinnati/N. KY?

Does anyone have any information on donating formal dresses? I feel like I have heard of a place or an organization that accepts this type of donation for inner city girls to wear to prom. TIA!

If it's a typical wedding gown, it won't get much use at a prom shop, but it could be put to use for another bride.I would check out Brides Against Breast Cancer (it's where I'm sending my gown later this year).  The donation is tax deductible.[url]http://bridesagainstbreastcancer.org/[/url]

thanks, Parker. I passed that site along & will look into for myself after November. Shawty- she would try craigslist or ebay, but really just wants to give it to a good cause.  thanks though!

You can participate in the 2nd annual Bitter Bridesmaid Bash!Donating your old bridesmaid/prom/wedding dress will get you free admission and drink specials at 5 area bars.  You wear your dresses there, then donate them at the end of the night (wear clothes underneath).  All donations including accessories go to Kenzies Closet!September 25th-I think it happen on Mainstrauss

try www.gotweddingstuff.com this is a organization where they do silent auctions of lightly used wedding items and gifts from vendors and all proceeds benefit the Lupus Foundation. They said they do this once a year so I am defiently going to donate my items next year (I personally interested in this event and they need the money or continued research.)
