Cake- utica/rome area

Anybody have any recommendations for bakeries in the area?  My fiance would really like to have cheesecake as our wedding cake.  Are there any places in the area that can make a cheesecake look like a wedding cake?  
I'd appreciate the input if you can help!  Thanks!!

    I've never been there but there is a Cheesecake bakery in Utica and I've seen wedding cakes in their window. Having cheesecake is actually really popular right now so many regular cake bakeries should be able to do one. I'm actually getting my cake from someone who does it from her home, so I don't really know too many bakeries, sorry.

    Try Opal's at Turning Stone. Amazing cakes and not badly priced either!

    Turning Stone may be expensive.  I think you're looking for Manny's Cheesecake.  They're like legend in the area, been around for years.
