Stuck... opinions??

Sooo... I have been on a dress shopping warpath for the past 2 days with my mom (who is awesome and flew up from Florida to share this mother-daughter experience).  I have tried on about a hundred dresses... and love them all (well... almost).  Anyway, I originally had my list pretty much narrowed down to 2.  Instead of deciding on a dress... we have added 2 1/2 to the possible roster.  Grr...
Below are a few of the dresses that I really liked... opinions??

There are a few other possibles that I will try to post pictures of tomorrow.  I am beat!!!  Time for a big glass of vino and a comfy spot to drool on the fiance's shoulder.

    They both look amazing! Although if I had to pick it would be #2 better The fit and style is way better!

    I saw 1, and thought, wow, so pretty. but then I saw 2, and thought.. DAMN. It really knocked my socks off. Something about it, on you, is just magical. I'm serious. I'd buy it in a heartbeat if I were you (but I'm not...)
    Just, don't over think it. Go with your instincts!
