Tibor Torok is amazing!! Out of Buffalo area but he travels and doesn't charge to travel.

Joe Gibbons is who we had. He did a phenomenal job and he only charged us $1000.  He lives in Liverpool and if you're in Syracuse he doesnt charge mileage or anything. I highly recommend him!
