On the topic of prices,,,

I know at least one of you had mentioned airbrush make up.  I wanted to have this done for "the big day", but the salon here charges $150...am I crazy in thinking that's a little steep?

My airbrush cost starts at $65, and that's her travel price.  I think that's a little high, but after speaking with her, I know she's going to do a wonderful job.  Hopefully I don't have too many blemishes to cover lol.  Is there anywhere else you'd consider?  Good luck!

I got airbrush makeup done at Sephora and was so incredibly happy with the flawless results.  I highly recommend it.  Sephora only charges you a $50 giftcard, which you can then use to buy stuff for touch ups and/or your honeymoon.

I do think $150 is quite high, but I have been quoted about the same (it was $100, but then she charged a $50 holiday fee)... so it's not completely unheard of, but I don't know that I would pay that much.  It's definitely worth looking around.

I had a trial done at a place that charged $60-70 (can't remember exactly)... and I would have paid that if I had to... but glad I found Sephora instead.

If it's within your budget and you are comfortable spending it, I can say it is definitely worth extra $$.... how much extra is up to you.  Are there any other options for you?

Well we have a Sephora here..but they don't do airbrush.  I am glad to know I'm not crazy for thinking that $150 is high!  Thanks girls..I think I will keep looking!  Hopefully someone else in my area does airbrushing!

I was quoted $75 for airbrushing, but only if enough of us in the bridal party got it. She had a minimum for travelling (but not a travel fee). A-list Artistry from Syracuse has been recommended again and again to me, but she's the most expensive. $150 might be what she charges.
