we are planning an outdoor wedding in cazenovia. we have decided to get the day-of-coordinator to handle all teh set up, coordination, any issues that come up, etc. does anyone have any recommendations for planners?

    We went with Shannon at the Events Company. I am planning from a distance so it is going to be great to have the extra hand!

    Kkozlo, do you mind me asking how much? I'd kill to have someone whose job is to handle everything vs family I assign it to :/

    My fiance and I went with Jamie from A Pink Door (http://apinkdoor.com/).  She does both planning and day of coordinating.  You don't have to go for her for both; she can do just one or the other.  We decided to go with both.  She is also very affordable.  We knew as soon as we met her that we wanted to work with her.  She's just really friendly, and all of the reviews I got from her past clients were very good.  

    I did also look at the Events Company, but it was completely out of my budget.
