Hair Florist and Cake near Lodi NY/ Watkins Glen

The wedding will be in Lodi and the reception on family property in Watkins Glen.  My dilemma is finding someone to do hair for myself, 3 brides maids and possibly 2 flower girls prior to an 11am ceremony.  Anyone have any ideas?  I did see Brita from ICON listed here but I was thinking something local.
I am also in search of a baker and florist in the area.  I do like to keep business local if they do quality work.

    You might want to post this on the upstate NY board. Most of the brides here are in the Syracuse/finger lakes region.
