New York

I am really, really bad for doing this...

and I'm SOO mad at myself for doing it! Alright alright....I did what absolutely everyone says not to do...I went and looked at more wedding dresses after I found "the one" at David's Bridal. But I had a legitimate reason!

My grandma lives in Norwich, NY and a bridal store down there is going out of business. All the dresses are $150 or less. So she found one she thought I would love (an Alfred Angelo) and put it on hold for me. So I thought I'd give it a shot, and went to the Alfred Angelo here in Syracuse to try it on. I didn't like it. So I should have stopped right there. But my bridal consultant was insistent on me trying on more dresses. Annnnnnd I fell in love with this:

I'm not into too much poof, so they showed me what it would look like if they removed some of the layers underneath. I'm in love. And it's not in my budget. I am soooo dumb, why did I do this!

Umm... hate to say we told you so.... but...

    WE TOLD YOU SO.  Surprised

Go try your dress on again (and ONLY your dress) and remember why you fell in love with it.  Then don't look at or touch anything else.

Well what is done is done.... if you really really love both dresses- buy them both and wear them both. But I agree with Monica- take her suggestion first and if you still are stuck- find a wway to pay for both and work them into your day. One for ceremony one for reception?

Yikes...that sucks! I still haven't even found a dress.  But hey, if you don't mind me asking.  What store in Norwich is going out of business?  I don't live very far from there, and I wouldn't mind getting a deal if there's anything left!

Ooooo so not good! I understand trying the one for under $150...I prolly would have too. But dont try on moooore! I partially blame the consultant. Theyre ruthless. Hate them!

Im with Monica, go put yours back on. remember why you loved it and CHOSE IT.:)
