Name Change

We are going to the Probate court in Clermont County tomorrow to get our marriage license.I have the application for that. But, do I need to do a name change as well? If so, do I do that now or after the wedding?Thanks!

    Got our marriage license earlier this week. You won't be able to do any name change stuff until after you receive the official marriage certificate in the mail. You can download the form from Social Security, or they may give you one at the CC courthouse. Every other change will come after you take care of Social Security.

    You won't be able to change your name until after the wedding ceremony is performed & the officiant sends in the signed license :)All the fun name change items come after the wedding!
