Does anyone know of a reasonable DOC (day of wedding coordinator) in the Utica area...or one that will travel to Utica/Rome?? I received on quote and it was $750 for just the reception!  Is that normal??  It just seems like a huge amount to me for 4 hours!

    What will they set up for you?  I got the impression they won't do everything...am I wrong?

    umm I think they set it up for you. The last two times I went there, it was set up with place settings. The decor and stuff, I'm pretty sure they don't do, but at least the tables and place settings are done. I emailed her with a bunch of questions and I can find out more in detail.

    hmm...I have no idea... :(  We're just going with our venue's coordinator for that day.
