PIP- need help

I know I've seen this info before but never paid attention since I wasn't trying to post pics. I really want to share my invite picture- can somone help, please?

I've never done it myself, but according to the Cincy Knotties bio, here are directions.How to do PIP (Picture In Post)-Upload your picture into a picture share site like PhotoBucket or ShutterFly.-Open the picture into its biggest size. -Right click on the picture for its url - you can do this through the properties option.-Paste the url into this code:[*img]yoururlhere[*/img]Remove the asterisks and hit post!Sometimes the urls are too long. If this is the case, use a website like tinyurl.com to shorten it.
