Free planning books

Hey ladies,

I know that many of you are in the advanced stages of your wedding planning - well past needing books to help you out - but for those of you that aren't, I have a couple items that I don't need any more.  I don't want to throw them out / recycle them if someone else can use them!

If you're interested, I have "The Bride's Essential Wedding Planner" - it's a big spiral bound binder / checklist / book / folder type thing.  Not the sturdiest thing in the world, but it contains a lot of information, space to write, and good questions to think about.  I've checked a few items off and wrote in a couple blank places, but honestly, it's only about 1 or 2% of the total.  It's still totally useful, and free.  I can white out what I wrote if you want me to.

I also have "Do I Have to Wear White" by Anna Post, which is pretty helpful when it comes to sticky etiquette situations.  Or if you're confused about the proper way to address invitations!

The other book I have - which was great - is "Bridal Bargains" (9th edition) by Denise and Alan Fields.  It contains a lot of great hints and reviews.

I'm in Syracuse at least once a month, and I'd be more than happy to meet up with somebody to drop the books off.  Hell, at this point, I'll even ship them for free just so someone else can use them!  I really hate wasting paper, even if they are recycled.

Let me know if you're interested!

Hi! I would love to borrow those books from you. I currently live in Birmingham, Al but my mother and my wedding is in Utica, NY. I will be up for Thanksgiving in a few weeks and would love to meet with you, or we can arrange something for the Utica address. Thank you - I am in the beginning stages of planning, and any help I can get I could use. Thanks so much for the post!!! And have a great day!!!!

Sounds good - I'd be more than happy to give you the books.  Will you be driving home from Alabama or flying?  I'll be in Marathon AND Syracuse around Thanksgiving, and both are right on I-81 if you're driving.  If not, then I'll ship the books to Utica for you.

Hi!!! Thanks for getting back to me :-)) I am flying - driving is 17 hours - and for a few days that is too long. That is great!!! We can meet sometime  - where it is the most convenient for you - and let me at least take you out for coffee or lunch as a thank you. :-)) I am coming home on Wednesday and will be till Monday.
