Coordinator??

When we first got engaged FI said I could hire a wedding planner and I wish I did.... now that we're 6 days away I kind of feel like we NEED a day of coordinator to make sure everything is set up and to keep everyone moving along and where they need to be!! Starting to freak out a bit!! Any recommendations?? For like $200-300?? (highly unlikely)

You can try Jaime from A Pink Door - she's doing my wedding and I know she does day of stuff.  Not sure if she'll be avaiable or go that low (I think it's $500 for day of), but it's worth a shot.  The only other coordinators I know of are The Event Company, but they're much more expensive than that.  Here's her email and phone: (315) 254-2327, APinkDoor@gmail.com.  Good luck!

What type of stuff are you worried about?  I doubt you'll be able to find someone on such short notice and especially that low.  (sorry!!!)... but don't freak out.  I'm sure you have everything under control.  You will be fine!!!

If you really want the assurance of having someone else responsible for set up, organizing, other simple tasks... Do you have any firneds or cousins who might be ok with being a "bridal assistant" or something of that nature?  Maybe someone who likes planning parties and is pretty organized.

If you don't have any luck, let me know.  I would be happy to do what I can to give you a hand.

I worked with Shannon Lach at the Events Company. She was great but I think may be priced a litle high. It is worth a shot- Id call her but I agree it may be a little late.....
