Welcome Notes...OOT bags

I am trying to figure out exactly what to say in our welcome note that we will be including in the OOT bags. Does anyone have any examples? I want to let guests know when the shuttles will run, etc. Thanks!

Here's the text from ours.  We also included  brochure in the OOT boxes.  Email me at my knottie name at gmail dot com if you want that."Welcome to Cincinnati!Thank you for making the long journey to be with us on our wedding day.  Enclosed you will find some local snacks and amenities to make your stay a bi more pleasant.  TO celebrate our "dual-city heritage," we've added a few things manufactured both here in our native Cincinnati and in our new home, New York City, including Grippos potato chips and Manhattan's famous "Black and White" cookies.In addition to tasting the local treats, we hope that you'll take the time to explore the Queen City during your stay here.  We've included some information about our favorite sightseeing attractions and dining options to help you on your way.All wedding festivities are being held in a location within walking distance to all hotels, and taxi cabs and the public bus system can help you get elsewhere around the city very easily.  If we can do anything to make your visit more enjoyable, please let us know.  We want you to have a great time!Words cannot describe how excited we are to be surrounded by our friends and family on our wedding day -- thank you so much for ll of your love and support.We look forward to celebrating this special weekend with you.  Please enjoy your stay in Cincinnati.Love,Heather & Joe"

I haven't written ours, but HParkers sounds good. There are booklets you can order from AAA that are wonderful guides for guests. It has a lot of things to do in there. I would just keep it simple: Welcome and thank them List any important information they need to know List Shuttle times (maybe in another color to stand out) Good Luck!
