airbrush?

Has anyone had airbrush done before or know someone who has?
What did they/ you think?

Any rec's for Scranton area airbrush makeup? Or someone willing to travel there without being too overpriced?
I'm aware that this is the central NY board but I figured maybe someone might know an airbrush person in the bing area. (It's just about an hour from scranton) I can use all the help I can get!

TIA!

I think airbrush makeup is hard to find around here!  I couldn't find a salon that does it.  Good luck with your search!

I know someone that got it for her wedding in DC; she didn't love it, actually.  It flaked a little bit on her, so I think it's just something you should test out beforehand.

yeah i've never gotten it done before but i feel like i need it b/c my skin absorbs makeup after a few hours of wearing it, making it look like i'm not wearing any.

i usually never wear any b/c of that but i dont want that on my wedding day

I don't know if she does airbrushing but there is a makeup artist in Oneonta that does wedding makeup and does travel to location. I think it would only be an hour away from Binghamton. It is monarch makeup artistry. She does have a website. And she seemed reasonably priced. I think it was $75 when I checked.

I had airbrush done for my B-pics and LOVED it! My photographer booked someone for me, so i didn't know what to expect, but found it to be so amazing, that I couldn't resist booking her to do the airbrush for my wedding, and three of my BM's also decided to as well!
I can't post any pics right now.. but if I log on tonight after FI goes to sleep I'll try to find and post one that is just of my face. My MUA is out of Rochester, and does travel.
She charges $55 for the airbrush makeup and lashes, and she is fairly reasonable for traveling if it's worth her while ( if other people in your bridal party book makeup or hair with her also). She charges a fee for travel based on how far it is. She also does alot of shows and trainings and might be able to recommend someone to you in the area if she can't travel.

    Airbrush makeup is AMAZING!
I booked my trials with Miracles in Fayettville. When I did initially- it was normal makeup. When I got there they said they are trying to only do airbrush for brides. She showed me some pictures and what the difference it makes so I thought- Ok I will try it and I loveddddd it! Im not sure if they will travel but you could ask.

Sorry I'm a little late here ladies, but for the OP--- check out the closest Sephora.  Wilkes-Barre has some decent shopping, so they may have one there.  I had mine done at Sephora at Carousel Mall for my wedding.  While attacking the mall on the morning of my wedding was not exactly ideal..... I have to say they did a beautifuol job.  They use the Temptu airbrush system, which you can actually purchase for yourself... and I am definitely drooling over it now.
Also, they only charge you a $50 gift card, which I used to purchase stuff for touch ups and for my honeymoon... so it was basically free.  Also, you can do as many trials as you want for free, which isgreat!  I definitely recommmend them!
