Mother's Processional: Sunrise, Sunset (from Fiddler on the Roof - the lyrics are why we picked it)Unity Candle: Benediction, a cappella - beautiful and short song because it doesn't take hardly any time.

A lot of moms like to walk down to Ave Maria by Schubert or the Bach version of it.  For the unity candle, I've done "one hand, one heart" from west side story and that was really nice.

We're doing a slow movement of Vivaldi's winter of four seasons for our sand unity ceremony. The lighting of the candle (which will actually be the pouring of the sand) will be something that the string quartet chooses. I really don't care, which sounds weird. But they're professionals and I think they can figure it out.
