Who does that?!

Ok so I just got a text from my sister that just made me soo angry for her but she lives in Rochester so I cant just swing over and start ripping into people.

So her and her fiance are making breakfast and they hear someone trying to unlock the door so her fiance (A) goes over and opens it and theres 2 guys standing there and they say "Oh sorry, we're helping our 2 buddies move in next door but the key they gave us wasnt working so we figured we'd see if it opened your door instead" (WTF?!?!) So A tells em "well it doesnt so Id appreciate it if you went and figured out your dilemma elsewhere" To which the guys say "Sure. Oh hey, have you even gotten any lectures from the office about being too loud or having naked women over?" (Uh, whores? Cops please!) A tells em its just him and his fiance and no and the fuuckin douchebag says to him "Well if you ever get bored over here, feel free to hang with us" A said goodbye and shut the door.

Are you kidding me?! Is the apartment complex a new frat house?! I wish I lived closer. Id be at the idiots door ripping them up and fuuckin down right now. I told my sister the second they get too loud shes to call the office. If no one answers, she calls the cops. And she does so everytime if gets loud until they get the hint or get kicked out. OMG. I so do not miss having an apartment. People are so incredibly rude.

Oh my sister also technically lives there alone. She has this whole we can live together after we're married thing going. Which I would fully respect if A wasnt staying the night 5 outta 7 nights a week. But it makes me nervous when she is alone b/c shes my opposite. Shes very submissive and hates confrontation. (Monica, youve seen my confrontation level! Could you imagine me being related to someone totally opposite?! Ha) I just hope she balls up and calls them on their shiit when the need arises

I HATE apartment living for this very reason!  People totally suck sometimes and have no respect for others!  I actually can't wait to move away from a college town because noise is always a thing...

Ugh I feel for your sister. I live in an apartment and I'm usually alone. FI is on the road all over NYS with the horses. And we have the I'm going to beat my girlfriend everyday because I have no job & get a dog & let it live on the balcony & throw my trash off it too and if anyone tries to stop me I will slam doors and punch the walls and scream. Now I'm not one to get into fight or even make eye contact with people I'm usually very shy. But this kid put me over the edge, and maybe that will happen with your sister too. Heaven help him if he tries anything with me. And we have the police on speed dial here because of him, but he refuses to anwser the door when they come.

Its so ridiculous. I mean at what point is enough enough and they get kicked out?!

In college our dorms were apartment style for the upperclassmen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and I lived above 4 of the loudest, most rude girls ever! They were biiiiiiig trashy black thugs of girls. Those girls that make you wonder how in the hell they managed to get into college. The type of girls who cussed you out for looking at them the wrong way. The type of girls who actually lunged at one of my roommates (didnt hit b/c the RA walked out in time) simply b/c we knocked on their door to ask them to be quiet. Oh good god. Their music was always ALWAYS on. And I couldnt tell you who they listened to b/c all you heard and felt was the bass. ALWAYS! At 3 am, every morning one of the girls would get up to pee and EVERYTIME someone else would stand outside the bathroom door to scare them as they came out which meant screaming and then playful yelling and OMG! My roommates and I actually made friends with the resident director b/c we were calling so often. Finally one night the RD sets up a mediation program for both our apartments and it was ugly. My apartment sat calmly and tried giving our issues and playing the whole "this is college and we pay $$$$ to be here and should be able to study and sleep in our own apartments and these girls (the 3 whole could be bothered to show) got in our faces screaming. RD pulled them off and said, 'youre trading apartments with the guys GUYS (who happened to be 1 million times quieter but were known to party) across the hall from the RD and if he needed to knock on their door once they were kicked off campus. AMEN! But even that took all semester and each of our grades were on a decline b/c of it. Pathetic.

Yikes.  Good luck to your sis.  Hopefully they won't be an issue, but if they do cause any problems, it's a good thing she's got you to back her up.

I know people don't like to get involved in the disputes of others, for obviously good reasons, but I just feel compelled to say something about this... if you hear your neighbor beating his girlfriend, please call 911.... you might save her life, or at least help her change it. End lecture

Oh no I do that's the problem. He refuses to anwser the door when the police come. My living room window is right above his door so I sit and wait for them to come. Usually I'm alone at night so hearing that being woken up to it. Very scary. The police can't do anything because they turn off the lights and get real quiet. I mean sure if I do this everytime and I try my best too. But it basically makes me look like I'm faking a call. I hate that! Even worse he's telling her to leave and get out yet she won't. And no she's not on the lease to be living there but I see now she has a van and is staying day and night at his place. For heaven's sake I do NOT know why. And I would not put up with it! But all I can do is keep calling and I'm going to speak to the landlord but he's a super nice guy but maybe he can get something turned around since he knows I wouldn't lie about that. Of course I'd love to beat this kid up myself I know that's not the anwser.
