I work at a local tv station and a couple of the videographers shoot weddings on the side. My fav is Dan Roark- he is young and fun and has VERY very nice equipment. I'm not sure how much he charges but I know some other knotties have used him so maybe they can say?www.roarkproductions.com

Matt Pine! His prices are on his website. We worked with him on our own package so I don't think it would be fair to put that $ on here :). http://www.lifetime-video.com/flash/ I did communicate with Dan Roark and I believe he charges $220/hour. I am not sure if that is still true or not. http://www.vimeo.com/roarkproductionsGood luck and I def suggest getting a videographer!

We are also using Matt Pine w/ Lifetime and we are thrilled!  I would at least call him and talk to him.  If you tell him what your budget is he will work with you.  If he can't, he will give you recs for other reputable people in the business.  He is just that great of a guy.  FI and I love him and their work and can't wait to use him.  GL!

Dude. I just checked out First Images website....and they're def worthy.  I'm interested in what their pricing is.

I booked with First Image Video. My parents, FI and I met with him a few months ago and we were really impressed with the videos he showed us, along with what we saw online. I believe his pricing has changed since I booked him, but he is def. worth looking into!

We are using Michael Bambino for both of photography and videography. I think the videography is about $2,000 includes a video that they shoot during your engagment photo session and interview. Then they create a short 10-15 minute teaser video from the wedding footage and include all of the raw footage for you on the DVD. They also put song selections you give them in the background of both.

We used Lifetime Video (as if this entire board didn't know that already... ;) ).  We booked them back in 2007, so their  pricing structure was different, and it looks like they may be reorganizing again because the site now asks you to call or email for pricing. You can see a few clips from our video in my married bio, and a lot more clips of recent weddings on Lifetime's blog.www/cincinnatibride.com

We're using MillsFilms. Unfortunately, they're not mentioned on here much but I think they're awesome. Bob Mills does a documentary type of movie about the bride and groom with commentaries from friends and family and it's so touching and sweet and not cheesy. He wasn't willing to negotiate on his prices with me, though. Here are the prices: http://www.millsfilms.com/packages.html You can watch a lot of demos on his website too.

2nd Millsfilms.  Love Bob.  Loved my video.  I watch the damn thing more than I care to mention. :)  But I will tell you this, having a videographer - whatever the cost - is worth every penny.
