Im married!

This will probably be a post and run because I have to teach my last class of the day but I wanted to share.

Ventosa: Amazing. They bent over backwards for me and my guests.  RJ was on hand for anything and everything. Meg, the owner even followed me out the door to fix my train before I went down the aisle (i had to make a turn and my dress wasnt having it).  The food was soo good.  I had chicken marsala and the groom had prime rib.  I would recommend both. The bartender was awesome.  He even made a number of drinks after the open bar was suppose to be closed.  A+ for everything venue

The William Smith Inn: The owner of this adorable bed and breakfast is so sweet and helpful.  The florist messed up (ill get to them soon) and forgot to wrap one of the bonquets and the owner actually pulled out ribbon and fixed it for me. Also we were running late from the salon and the photographer beat us to the b and b wheree we were going to take getting ready pictures. The owner of the b and b worked with the photographer to stage my dress, jewelry, etc for the pictures.  So when I got back I just had to put it on.  Such a relief. A+

Black tie entertainment: I dont have one bad thing to say about our dj.  He is such a nice guy. Easy to talk to. Followed my song choices to the tee. checked in with the groom and I before everything.  And when the night was suppose to be over turned the music back on for one last song for me ( a drunken request at that point because I was too busy with the bar I didnt notice the last song was playing...opps)

Dons own flower shop: I hate to say anything bad about a vendor but these guys really angried me.  First the florist tells us in Feb that she will "easily stay within our budget. No problem" and went over our budget by 200 dollars.  Not a huge difference but I made a budget for a reason. And we didnt shop around because she said she would stay under.  Then 3 weeks ago she calls and lets me know there will be an additional charge for the delivery since its a Sunday and a holiday. what? The wedding date didnt change from our original meeting in Feb so I feel like she should of told us then.  But we made arrangements for me to pick it up Sat to avoid this exact charge which was an awful idea.  I was almost late to the reheresal because I had to pick them up by a certain tiime.  And then as previously mentioned one of the bridemaids bonquet was missing ribbon. So I would not recommend. C

Creative Confections by Linda: The cake tasted delicious. It was beautiful and delivered on time.

The car cake was made by Sweet B's Cakes. (sweetbscakes.webs.com) based out of syracuse.  She did an amazing job too.  my FI loved it! And it was delicious.
