Camp Brockway at Pratt's Falls

Good afternoon to the Wedding Board!

I am reaching out to anyone who is decorating or has decorated Camp Brockway with tulle in the rafters.  Can anyone tell me how much fabric to buy?  I took a lot of photos there for inspiration, but cannot tell how many rafters there are, or how wide the room actually is!

Our wedding is a mere 2 and 1/2 weeks away!  Before we head to the fabric store...do you have tulle that you want to recycle?  We will buy it from you!  And I think that we have more than 1000 lights, hopefully that will be enough?

Please let me know if I can take your extra fabric off your hands!  Or lights, tablecloths, etc...

We are going to put plants on the tables with ribbons around them, as well as a Ball jar with sprigs of lavender.  The favors will be plantable cards, and the tablecloths white.

Thanks for all the inspiration that I've found on this site.

I'm having my wedding at Camp Brockway next May, and I'm planning on ordering organza fabric online....it drapes better than tulle and is much cheaper online (and ships in 48 hrs)-

The picture on the park's website appears to be organza, not tulle. There are 6 rafters at 37' each....rounding up to 40' to be safe. Good luck! I'd love to see pictures of your big day, and if you're looking to sell any of your decorations after the wedding let me know!

My daughter is getting married at Camp Brockway Fall of 2012. We are still trying to figure out how to hide the ugly lights and yet let the beautiful beams show. Would love to see your ideas. Her wedding is will be rustic and vintage but the lights just don't go with the style.
We've thought of using grape vine and lights to cover up the floresent light but we are not sure if it will work.

    Still in the planning process.....
