Just an early idea to throw at you- has anyone thought of or done candied or caramel apples for favors before? If so or you've heard of this, where would you recommend I look? We were toying around with this idea and wanted to know if you'd recommend going somewhere local or ordering online. The problem is, I don't know where to start if we go local- our venue is in the town of Central Bridge, which is about 50 minutes up I-88 from Oneonta (South of Albany/Schenectady area).
Yeah, I know it's early- but we have a couple of ideas for favors, and wanted to look at possible pricing for each, and figured that fall time would be a good time to get pricing for the apples (our date is for October 2013). Any feedback would be halpful, thanks!
