Hello all, a few days back I suggested Flying Buttercream as an inexpensive baker ($1.35/serving). We had our tasting with her today and it went fantastic! The cake was delicious! We tried the white and the chocolate, with buttercream frosting. She brought raspberry, apricot, and chocolate buttercream fillings to try. They were all amazing. Especially the white cake/raspberry filling combo. We are pretty positive we will be booking her. She is super nice and her cakes are beautiful. She did mention she will be raising her prices October 1st, but I'm not sure what the new price will be. If you are interested, I suggest calling asap to lock in $1.35.
