Two Middle Names?

New to the wedding planning scene there is one thing I have been completely perplexed about. My name! I want to do First/Current Middle/Maiden Name/His Last Name But I do not know the legal ramifications if there are any. Any suggestions/opinions???

Not sure what you mean by legal ramifications. In New York, you can change your name simply by usage. For your SSN, driver's license, passport and other 'official' documents, you may be asked to present your marriage certificate, but you can basically choose to do whatever you want with your name.

When you apply for your marriage license in NYS you must state your name intention (changes apply only to the surname... they give you 3 options: keep your name, drop yours take his, or hyphenate ). To the best of my knowledge, your name isn't legally changed until you change it w/ SS. HTH
