Del Apgar Florist - anybody used?

I have met with Del Apgar and a boutique-y florist and both were pretty comparable in price. I am clueless about the cost of flowers, but compared to google's "average" for our area, I am well below that and both florists fit in my budget (We also have a very small WP and are not doing flowers on every reception table). I am leaning towards Del because FI family has worked with him in the past, but never for weddings. Anyone familiar with this florist and his work? Thanks!

no I've never heard of them. one thing i know a lot of florists do are mockups so you can get a feel for their work. Also i always like to look at pictures of their previous work, if they've done weddings. HTH

I used Del Apgar for my flowers for my wedding last fall (late October).  I LOVED what he did - the bouquets were gorgeous and the centerpieces were amazing.  He also did a lovely arrangement for the altar.  I didn't get to see a mock up of any of the flowers before the big day, but I told him what I was looking for with my bouquet and definitely a "fall theme" for the centerpieces, and he did the rest.   I'd be happy to email you pics of flowers if you'd be interested.
