Makeup Artist or Salon w/makeup near Dunkirk

I'm a 2012 Knottie from Ohio.  Now I'm matron of honor in a Sept 2013 wedding in Dunkirk NY.  Does anyone know of a makeup artist or a hair salon that also does make up near Dunkirk?
