    I bet a lot of retail places are looking to hire for Christmas!

    What are you looking for?  As PP said I bet you can find a job doing retail.  Depending on where you live, I would check at the Galleria, Boulevard, Eastern Hills, or McKinley malls.  i don't know how well they would pay though.
