Pearl Street Brides!

I know there are a lot of girls getting married at Pearl Street and mine is quite awhile away (8/18/2012) but I'm just wondering from those who may be a little closer when do you start meeting with Natalie to go over  centerpieces/decorations, set up and time frames, colors, and all of that other good stuff? From the couple times I've talked  to her already she seems very organized and on top of it all but just wondering if I should contact her to meet like a year away? 6 months? 1 month? etc... I think I just like to plan and feel more organized if I know what's coming up haha Thanks!!!

    I'm one week earlier, August 11, 2012! :)

I feel the same way! Natalie has been extrememly helpful but I hate bugging her so far out, I know she must be very busy with weddings for 2011!

What colors are you other PS brides going with? I'm interested to hear your choices- with all the warm colors of the brick & wood at Pearl Street!

I'll probably contact her about 6 months out just to see what she says!! We actually had colors picked before picking the reception place so we are doing light blue and tan. Kind of a beachy theme the guys are wearing tan suits, girls blue dresses and I think I'm gonna do some kind of seashells/ sand for centerpieces and floating candles. It doesn't quite go with the pearl street decor but I'm hoping the lighter colors and softer things we have will be a nice contrast to the brick and rustic feel, we'll see! Haha

We are doing black, red and just a little silver/sparkle (winter/christmas-y).  Our date is 12/10 and I figured I'd start bothering her in the fall. Someone told me they do 4-6 weddings a weekend now!!

well, my wedding is 7/29/11 and i haven't met with her yet.

i would recommend, if you want to meet with her, do so in the winter, she'll probably have more time.

Well I emailed Natalie and since our rehearsal is at 5:30 PM two days prior to the wedding, she just said well come at 5pm instead and we'll do all the final stuff at that point, talk about decorations, I'll bring whatever I need to drop off, etc.  As long as it isn't a too elaborate thing, and there isn't anything significant you've decided to change, I'm sure you'll be fine with a short meeting a few days/week prior.

The only thing you need to do prior would be to get her the final RSVP count 10 days before the event, and if you have/how many underage people who won't be needing the bar package, etc.
