Affordable Photographer

Hi there, I'm getting married in Niagara Falls, NY in July 2011. We live in Los Angeles, so we're planning everything long distance. Anyone know a good, but affordable photographer? Our wedding is tiny - 14 guests, and low budget. I'd like to stay around $1000 for the photographer. Any recommendations? Thanks!

My wedding was in Niagara Falls, and our photographer was Greg Wlosinski, and he charged us under $800 for the entire day.  We didn't do any albums with him, we just wanted all the images on CD with the printing rights, and he gave us 3 prints of our choice up to 11x14.  My pictures are in my bio if you wanted to see his work, and if you want you can PM me and I can give you his name and contact info.

Talk to Jason Gardner from www.gardnerphotography.net if you want a professional. He is an amasing photographer! Your other option is an amateur photographer. Many of them advertise on Craigs List. Good luck!

Take a look at Christopher Scinta out of Buffalo.  We didn't end up going with him because we are getting married in Rochester and wanted to go with someone local but he was really nice and his prices weren't bad (he may be willing to negotiate) plus his photos are beautiful!
